Guarantee & Refund Policy

1. Overview

At The Greybeard Challenge, operated by Uncommon Capital LLC, we stand behind the quality and impact of our coaching programs.

Our mission is simple: to help you get unstuck, gain clarity, and live on purpose — with accountability that drives real results.

That’s why we offer a “Do the Work, Get Every Dollar Back” guarantee for the Greybeard Challenge.


2. The Greybeard Challenge Guarantee

If you fully participate in the Challenge and complete all requirements, yet feel you didn’t receive measurable benefit or personal growth, you are eligible for a 100% refund.


To Qualify for a Full Refund, You Must:

  1. Attend or complete all four sessions (live or via recording).

  2. Submit all weekly assignments and reflection exercises before the end of Week 4 inside of the Greybeard App.

  3. Request your refund within 14 days after completing the Challenge.


Refund requests must be emailed to hello@greybeardchallenge.com with your full name & email address. Proof of completion can be seen from our end.


If you meet the requirements above, we will process your refund within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.


3. Non-Refundable Products and Programs

The following programs and memberships are non-refundable once access is granted, as they include immediate delivery of exclusive materials, coaching sessions, or private community access:

  • Greybeard Mastermind Pod (90-day intensive program)

  • Greybeard Inner Circle (monthly membership)

  • Greybeard Premium (Patreon-based resource access)

These programs are designed for long-term accountability and community participation, and cannot be returned or canceled for refunds once started.


4. Transfers and Deferrals

If unforeseen circumstances prevent you from completing the Greybeard Challenge, you may transfer your enrollment to a future cohort once at no extra charge.


To request a deferral, contact us at hello@greybeardchallenge.com before the final session of your current Challenge.

Subsequent deferrals may incur a small administrative fee.


5. Partial Attendance or Early Cancellation

Partial participation or failure to complete the Challenge requirements does not qualify for a refund.

No partial refunds are issued for missed sessions, incomplete assignments, or late participation.


6. Payment Disputes

To maintain transparency and integrity, we ask that participants contact us directly at hello@greybeardchallenge.com before initiating a chargeback with their bank or payment provider.

We are committed to resolving all payment concerns quickly and fairly.


7. Processing Time

Once approved, refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days.

Delays may occur depending on your bank or payment provider’s processing times.
