The Greybeard Challenge is operated by Uncommon Capital LLC (“we,” “our,” “us”).

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, web app, coaching programs, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

1. Overview

The Greybeard Challenge is a 4-week online coaching experience designed to help participants gain clarity, rebuild momentum, and live on purpose.

Access to the Challenge and related programs (such as the Mastermind Pod, Inner Circle, and Greybeard Premium) is provided through our website and app.

2. Eligibility

To use our Services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your country)

• Provide accurate and complete information when registering or purchasing

• Use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if we suspect any violation of these requirements.

3. Payments & Refunds

Payments

All payments are processed securely via Stripe.

Access to all paid programs requires full payment in advance.

Money-Back Guarantee

The Greybeard Challenge includes a “Do the Work, Get Every Dollar Back” guarantee.

To qualify, you must:

• Attend or complete all sessions (live or recorded)

• Submit all weekly assignments before the program ends.

If you complete all program requirements and feel you did not gain measurable benefit, you may request a full refund within 14 days of completion.

Non-Refundable Products

Memberships such as the Mastermind Pod, Inner Circle, or Greybeard Premium are non-refundable once access is granted, as they include immediate entry to exclusive content and communities.

4. Account Access

When you register, an account will be created for you on the Greybeard App.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

Do not share your login credentials.

Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

We may suspend or terminate accounts for misuse, payment disputes, or violations of these Terms.

5. Intellectual Property

All content within the Greybeard Challenge — including videos, frameworks, worksheets, software, and course materials — is owned by Uncommon Capital LLC and protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without prior written consent.

6. Use of Services

You agree not to:

• Misuse or interfere with the functionality of the platform

• Attempt to access other users’ accounts or private data

• Upload, post, or transmit unlawful or harmful content

• Use the Services for commercial solicitation or unrelated promotion

Violation may result in immediate removal from all programs without refund.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Greybeard Challenge and related programs provide educational and coaching guidance only.

They are not therapy, medical advice, or financial consultation.

Results vary by individual effort and participation.

We make no guarantees of specific outcomes beyond the program description.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Uncommon Capital LLC, its affiliates, team members, and partners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the program in question.

9. Privacy

Your privacy matters to us.

We process your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

We will never sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

10. Modifications

We may update these Terms periodically.

Changes take effect immediately upon posting on our website.

Your continued use of the Services after updates means you accept the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any disputes will be handled exclusively in the courts located within that state.
